The Paul Rudolph Event Venue
at Modulightor
is available for Private Parties,
photography, filming, think tanks,
and anything creative you can imagine!

The Paul Rudolph Event Venue consists of a pair of event spaces in the iconic Modulightor building, which is located on the upper East Side of Manhattan, steps away from the E (Lexington Av-53 St) the F,Q (Lexington Av-63) and N,R,W,4,5,6 (Lexington Av-59 St) subway stations and just a 40-minute commute from New York City airports.

“As dazzling as the façade is - an artwork of geometric boxes, shadows and angles - the interiors are fascinating. There are no dead ends - the eye follows lines that disappear around corners or into walls and floors. The open staircases seamlessly evolve from the lines of bookcases in soaring spaces that are seemingly carved from light itself.”
— Tom Miller, Architectural Historian

The location features two duplex event spaces - a 2,900 s.f. duplex apartment with a 400 s.f. rear garden and a 2,800 s.f. duplex open plan gallery with multiple balconies and access to the roof deck. Rented separately or together, this is the ideal location for your private event, corporate party, or film & photo shoot.
